Sunday – 11am to 4.30pm
Bank holidays – 11am to 4.30pm
We are closed Easter Sunday, Christmas day, Boxing day and New years day.
Policies
Design Service
All designs remain the property of Jody Cory and cannot be removed from the premises.
If designs are required to be posted or emailed we take a £100.00 deposit, redeemable against any work carried out.
Timescale
Please allow 4-6 weeks for the production of any hand made items or special
orders (at exceptionally busy times, i.e. Christmas, we will advise on a length
of time for orders to be made).
If you require a specific completion date we will endeavour to meet your needs
wherever possible.
Payment
We accept all major debit/credit cards (excluding American Express), cheques
(with a cheque guarantee card to the value of the goods purchased).
Postage
In the UK:
Special Delivery - £7.00 Via Royal
Mail's overnight service guaranteed by 1pm the following day. Items are insured and guaranteed.
Recorded - £ 2.50 Via Royal Mail's 1st class service. This is not insured
and is sent at the customer's own risk.
Outside the UK:
Please ask for details.
Please note: We do not run a web 'shopping basket' facility preferring
instead to keep a personal approach, so please feel free to call or email us and
we will be happy to talk to you about your chosen item and post it to you if
necessary. Contact details can be found by clicking the 'Contact' link.
Returns
Returns must be made within 28 days. A receipt must be produced as proof of
purchase.
We offer the following options:
(1) exchanged for something of equal value;
(2) used as part payment towards something of a higher value or a commission;
(3) be exchanged for a credit note or gift voucher valid for 1 year;
All items must be returned in perfect condition.
Rings which have been sized cannot be returned.
Earrings are non returnable for hygiene reasons.
Items which are faulty or damaged, a replacement or repair will be offered.
All items are guaranteed for one year.
